Making Preschool Education More Accessible
Support for Families
Bright Horizons Fund (BHF), provides financial support to low-income families to make preschool education accessible for their children.
The programme provides a one-time top-up of $400 into the Child Development Account of every child from low-income Union families who is enrolled at a My First Skool centre.
Programme Benefits

- Dollar-for-dollar matching (Total $800 of grants^)

- Start-up grant covering
- Registration Fee, Deposit, Insurance
- Monthly School Fee Subsidies
- New Uniform, Field Trips Expenses and K2 Graduation Expenses
- Financial Literacy Workshops to equip parents with money management skills.
- Social, Learning, Health and Well-being Support
*Additional Eligibility:
1) Either parent is a NTUC member,
2) Child has a valid CDA account,
3) Child is enrolled from 1 January of the current year
