My 20 years of teaching experience has enriched me greatly, and I am eager to share this wealth of knowledge by leading, guiding, and supporting my team as effectively as possible.

As we embrace the ever-evolving landscape of early childhood education, I am committed to fostering a culture of learning and sharing. By learning of one another’s strengths and challenging teachers’ minds to be reflective in their teaching and learning practices to keep up with the new methodologies along with technology, and investing in ongoing professional development opportunities, we aspire to achieve excellence.

My dedication to fostering children’s learning is unwavering. I am passionate about engaging with their curious minds and participating in their educational journey alongside my fellow educators at Wisma Geylang Serai.

Located in the heart of a Malay cultural hub, I am a firm believer in the community’s role in child-rearing, encapsulated by the proverb ‘it takes a village to raise a child.’ Our collaboration with local community partners and families has been crucial in positively shaping our children’s experiences. This partnership ensures that children feel loved, safe, and enthusiastic about school and learning, fostering a deep and secure foundation for their education.
