Blk 678 Woodlands

I started out in the Early Childhood industry back in 2012 and am privilege to join My First Skool at Blk 678 Woodlands in 2023. With more than 10 years of experience and holding a Degree of Education in Early Childhood, my learning journey as an educator and leader has affirmed my identity and passionate commitment to those I work with.

As what the philosopher John Dewey believed in, I regard his theory of ‘learning by doing’ pivotal in recognising how children learn and make sense of the world around them. I advocate the nurturing approach, respecting each child and staff under my care as unique individuals, embracing their characters and potentials. The goal of honing their strengths and capacities will always be my perpetual aspiration. I am also an advocate of values which I uphold in my actions and leadership endeavour. My team and I strive to provide a nurturing learning environment that promotes authenticity, involvement and habitual curiosity in children.

Our centre is a proud recipients of the SPARK accreditation since 2017 and the Platinum Tier for Health Promoting Preschool. With a team of dedicated staff with me, who is motivated by close and meaningful partnership with all parents and stakeholders, we look forward to growing with your child through their formative years!
