My journey in early childhood education for the past 26 years has been an incredible adventure filled with enthusiasm and dedication. I am fortunate to have the opportunities to work in various roles in mainstream and inclusive settings. I have been in leadership roles for the past 16 years and I am committed to continue my passion in leading educators and advocating for best practices in early childhood education.

As a centre leader, I believe in upholding high standards when providing care and education for young children. I place strong emphasis in providing a learning environment that is conducive and ensures the safety and well being of every child. I believe that my experience and knowledge in different curricular approaches will allow me to guide and equip my team in setting up a quality environment and programmes for the children. 

I am happy and excited to embark on my new leadership journey in My First Skool. I hope to continue to strengthen the partnership and establish strong relationships between school and families which is an integral part of children’s learning and development.
