My name is Lilavathi Devi and I am an Executive Principal of My First Skool at Tampines Blk 487C. I started my career in Early Childhood as an Assistant Teacher in 1987 and became a Centre Leader in 2011. I now hold a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood from Wheelock College and SEED Institute. At my centre, we can serve up to 220 children aged 2 months to 6 years old.

We had achieved SPARK Certification and our centre offers a progressive and integrated curriculum to our children based on the Principles and Practices of Teaching in English and Mandarin for all levels including Malay Language for our Kindergarten children. As a HPB certified centre, we serve children fresh and healthy meals prepared daily by our trained cooks to meet children’s nutritional needs.

We see each child as a unique individual and parents our partners. Supported by my team who are reflective practitioners, we stay guided to provide joyful learning experiences for the children. We partner every family closely to understand their needs and provide them peace of mind. Together with my team, we strive to provide the best quality care and education to the children under our care.
