I joined My First Skool in 2019 and is currently leading the centre at Blk 459 and Blk 489 Segar Road. Over the past 13 years, my journey with the organization has been a rewarding and transformative experience as I pursued an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Degree in Early Childhood Education. Starting as an Early Childhood educator. I have steadily advanced into leadership roles, demonstrating a deep commitment to the field of education and creating nurturing learning environments.

It is my strong belief that each and every child must feel safe and happy in order to explore, learn and to question through a quality curriculum. I believe in creating a “Home Away from Home” with a loving and nurturing environment for play. Play is a powerful tool that engages and allows young children to interact with the world with open and inquisitive minds.

As a leader, I strive and aspire to build a collaborative and reflective culture among my team. To engage in continuous professional development, ensuring that our educational approaches are informed by current knowledge and evidence-based strategies. As the saying goes, “it takes a village to raise a child”. This is my conviction that together with families of our children and the community, my team and I here in Segar are confident to build this strong village to support and nurture our children to be resilient and a lifelong learner.
