I have been involved in the early childhood field for nearly twenty years after earning my Bachelor in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wales and my Masters in Early Childhood Education from Monash University.

The experiences that I have gained are from both international and local preschool settings. During my tenure in this centre, we have been awarded with a certification of SPARK, Healthy Meals in Pre-schools Programme (HMPP) by Health Promotion Board and other various partnership with community, for instance collaboration with NTUC Health Silver Circle Senior Care Centre for our Inter-Generational Programme. At this centre, my team and I are working closely with 169 childcare children and 20 infants and their families.

My educational motto is ‘stay positive, maintain communication, and do the right thing!’ I believe that keeping the atmosphere positive is the key to success as well as keeping the lines of communication open among staff, students, and parents. I feel that teamwork is the ultimate way a school can be successful in reaching the goal of helping a child to attain his or her full potential.
