I have been with My First Skool @ Blk 332B Anchorvale Link since 2019 and have attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Educational Studies and Leadership from Wheelock College. I have been in the Early Childhood sector since 2011. 

We are proud to be a recipient of the Healthy Preschool award annually, whereby we partner with the Health Promotion Board to provide the children with nutritious meals at the centre. In addition, we are a SPARK accredited centre and are continually improving our quality in the centre.

I believe that change is the only constant, and through lifelong learning, we are updated on our current knowledge. A growth mindset will help us tackle any challenges and bring forth new learning and rich experiences for everyone. Learning does not only take place academically, it is equally important to grow children holistically, which includes inculcating the right values in our young children and building their character as they are important pillars of our future. .

As a leader, I encourage my team to keep themselves updated professionally and to bring in the best possible experiences they can to the children under their care. As professional educators we are anchored by sound knowledge of early childhood education and provide a safe and nurturing environment for all.

Without a doubt, it takes a village to raise a child and alongside my team of teachers, we aim to involve parents and leverage on community partners to bring children’s learning beyond the classroom and maximise their potential. We will also always focus on giving our children a happy and meaningful childhood too.
