“Every day is a learning process, mindset determines outcome. Look into the strengths beauty of others. Build on them, grow with them.” This has always been my avocation in life.

I started my Early Childhood journey in 2004, where I completed my Diploma in Early Childhood with Leadership and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College. I am honoured to participate in NFC-SUSS Minor/Certificate in ECEL in 2020. I completed my three years of ECDA’s Professional Development Programme (PDP) Leadership in April 2022.

My team and I are glad to serve close to 120 children and infants in the Punggol neighbourhood through our quality care and curriculum for families. Our centre has participated in numerous community projects such as Start Small Dream Big by ECDA, Intergenerational Programme, Art Programme in partnership with National Arts Gallery and Community in Bloom with NParks. Through these collaborations, children’s learning has broadened holistically, and these learning experiences bring upon the opportunity for my team to grow and strengthen the quality of our curriculum.

In order to nurture a child who is curious to discover the world and could build positive trusting relationships and be an effective communicator, apart from English and Chinese being the languages taught, our centre offers Malay programme at the age of 4 onwards. The crucial key to every child’s success is having the positive involvement of active parents working hand in hand with my team to enrich children’s growth to the fullest potential.
