I am a passionate and committed Early Childhood education professional who find jop and purpose when working with children, families, teachers and the community to ensure that our children are safe, healthy, happy, and well-supported. I believe that no child should be left  behind, and that early childhood care and education is critical to healthy growth and development in young children.

My professional background is rooted in education and leadership. Having obtained a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Leadership at Wheelock College Singapore, I joined My First Skool as a teacher in 2013. Since then, I have been given many opportunities to learn and work with different leaders and professionals, which strengthened my capabilities. I continue to leverage on these collective experiences to lead a team of dedicated teachers, motivated children, and support enthusiastic parents.

A school is a child’s second home. My hope is to build a conducive and supportive second home that prepares our children well for life, an environment where they are given opportunities to grow and experience many new things, and a place where they can be proud to call their second home. I strongly believe that children are our priority and should always come first in everything that we plan for and do. Every child is different, every child is special, and every child is beautiful; and each deserves to learn and develop at a pace that is right for them.

As I journey through my role in My First Skool as an EC professional-leader, I am committed to providing quality care and education to every child and make a difference in the lives of children and their families, while supporting and inspiring my team of teachers and support staff to give their best everyday.
