With nearly two decades in early childhood education since 2006, I’ve had the privilege of growing as an educator and Principal, working with diverse families and children across both local and international settings. With a Bachelor’s degree in Early Education and a commitment to lifelong learning, I’ve developed a child-centred philosophy—one that values every child’s voice and interests in shaping their learning journey.

I believe great leadership is grounded in empathy, integrity, and vision. By fostering strong relationships with families and the wider community, I strive to create a culture of positivity, collaboration, and innovation—ensuring every child in our care is supported to thrive.
