With over a decade of experience as a preschool principal, I have found deep fulfilment in early childhood education. It is truly inspiring to collaborate with educators, children, and families to build a strong foundation for lifelong learning and to nurture confident, capable future changemakers.

I firmly believe that children thrive through engaging, hands-on experiences, thoughtfully facilitated by dedicated educators within environments that serve as “the third teacher”. Each learning space is intentionally designed to spark curiosity and support purposeful discovery while fostering transdisciplinary connections, inquiry, and conceptual understanding across multiple domains.

Partnership with families is central to our philosophy, promoting vital continuity in care and development. Building respectful relationships through consistent communication is essential to our shared success. Furthermore, strong collaborations with community organisations enrich our learning environment, equipping children with critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills for the 21st century and beyond.

I am fortunate to lead a team of committed educators, many of whom have been with our centre for over ten years. Their dedication and experience contribute greatly to the vibrant, collaborative culture of our school. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies, I remain deeply committed to continuous professional development, working together with my staff to ensure each child can flourish in a joyful, nurturing environment.
