Blk 111 McNair Road

With more than 10 years of teaching experience in NTUC First Campus, I joined My First Skool at Blk 111 McNair Road in 2018 as a Principal.

I have always believed that it takes a village to raise a child. I am not in this journey alone. With me, there is a team of dedicated teachers and staff who also believes in making a difference in the lives of children. Their passion and dedication were affirmed and rewarded when we received the SPARK Certification in 2015 and one of our Chinese Teachers, Liu Ying achieved the Outstanding Mother Tongue Teacher Award in 2018.

In McNair, we encourage children to be independent as they learn and make choices through the Mimamoru Approach. They have opportunities to serve food to their friends and the younger children, make choices in play and be independent in keeping their belongings.

The children’s learning does not only take place in the centre as we partner with our community and primary schools to extend children’s thinking and learning. The various projects that we embarked every year also help to support children’s learning.

Together with my team of educators, we remain committed to growing our children to be happy and confident individuals and supporting our children’s families.
