I have over 10 years of experience in the Early Childhood industry and hold an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership. Being an Early Childhood advocate, my greatest fulfilment is to be able to elicit the best potential from my staff and children.
I am ecstatic to serve in this leadership role, which is going to be dynamic, exciting and inspiring. I believe there is a need to adopt different leadership styles and I am glad that every day at work, there are many opportunities for me to learn and it enhances my leadership skills.
As a leader, I will lead and guide the team under my care, to mentor and support them in curriculum delivery and teaching practices that are aligned with our centre’s purpose, vision, and core values.
Working in this industry enables me to interact with different stakeholders. I always believe that clear and open communication goes a long way in establishing relationships with staff and parents where we can inspire, encourage and collaborate together.
The desire to challenge the status quo is one of my purposes in my leadership journey. I hope to work with my team to promote new ways of partnership with parents and maintain a positive and harmonised culture in our centre.
