With more than 20 years of experience in the early childhood education industry 8 years as a pre-school teacher and 13 years in supervisory positions, I am currently the Principal of My First Skool at Blk 211 Jurong East.

As a centre leader, I believe that leaders play a critical role in establishing a culture for teachers to feel competent and motivated to educate our young children. We must ensure that they are learning and growing in a safe and enriching environment. Maintaining an open communication with various stakeholders is the basis of building a good rapport with them.

Therefore, I work very closely with my team to foster strong working relationships with parents and communities to support the holistic development of the children in the centre.
