Starting my journey in the Early Childhood sector and working with children from 2005 has been the most rewarding and fulfilling part of my life.

I believe in instilling a love for learning from a young age and that each child has unique characteristics, abilities and needs. Growing professionally with the opportunities provided to me by My First Skool, I am able to translate my beliefs into tangible practices for my team at Blk 333 Kang Ching Road through my growth from a Deputy Centre Leader to now a Centre Leader.

In My First Skool at Blk 333 Kang Ching Road, we value meaningful collaborations and communication with families and the larger community to create engaging, challenging, and unique opportunities for our children to learn beyond the classroom.

As a leader, I believe in a child-centred approach that focuses on the unique needs and interests of each child. At the same time, I value the importance of creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment that respects and values the diversity of children and their families.
